If you spot a wild boar in the city, please be careful.

At around 7 p.m. on November 7, 2024, a wild boar was spotted near Inagi Nagamine Verdy Field. If you see a wild boar nearby, please be sure to take the following precautions:
If you see a wild boar
- Do not approach wild boars
- Do not feed or show food, etc.
- Do not shout loudly (do not provoke or excite the wild boars)
- If you see it from your home, lock the door and be careful not to enter the house.
Previous sighting information
Wild boars do not stay in the same place, so please be careful around areas where they have been spotted.
In addition, as there have been no reports of contact with humans or any risk of human injury, wild boars will be monitored as wild animals from the perspective of the Wildlife Protection and Management Act.
