Request for Use of Sewerage

If you use the sewerage system, please follow the next guidelines

• Please do not pour gasoline, kerosene, thinners, etc. into the sewer pipes under any circumstances. It may gasify and cause an explosion.
• Please do not pour used cooking oil (such as tempura oil and salad oil) into the sewer. The oil can solidify and cause bad odors and blockages in the sewer pipes.
• Please do not pour vegetable scraps, plastic, cloth pieces, or garbage down the drain. It will clog the sewer pipes.

Use up

Transfer the remaining oil to a strainer while it is still hot, and use it up for stir-frying and other dishes.
Be careful when handling the oil, as there is a risk of burns!

Wipe off

Wipe off the grease on pots and plates before washing them.

Suck

Old oil should be absorbed with newspaper or solidified using products that solidify oil, and then disposed of as burnable waste.
