Items that fall under the category of "bulky garbage"
(1) Any side with a length of 50 centimeters or more. (2) Anything weighing 5 kilograms or more. (3) Anything with a total of its height, width, and depth of 100 centimeters or more.
Before disposing of bulky waste...
Before disposing of bulky waste, please consider reusing items that can be used again.
Before you give them away, see if any items that are still usable can be useful to someone else.
By reusing, you can reduce waste and protect the environment.
Let's think a little before throwing something away, extend the value of the item, avoid disposing of bulky waste as much as possible, and work toward creating a sustainable society.
Please note that the following items cannot be collected as bulky waste:
Home appliances subject to the Home Appliance Recycling Law
- air conditioner
- Television (CRT, LCD, plasma, OLED)
- washing machine
- clothes dryer
- Refrigerators, freezers
Other items that must be recycled. Items that are not suitable for collection by the city, etc.
- computer
- Motorcycle (50cc or more)
- safe
- tire
- fire extinguisher
- piano
- surfboard
