How to put out oversized garbage

Advance reservation required

Bulky waste collection must be booked in advance.
Up to 10 items per household can be discharged on one collection day.
If you have more than 10 items, please separate the collection days.
(Caution) It may not be possible to add or change collection days when the maximum amount of garbage that can be collected is exceeded.

Conditions applicable to oversized garbage

If any of the following conditions apply, dispose of it as oversized garbage .

  • 50 centimeters or more on one side
  • The sum of three sides is 100 cm or more
  • Items weighing 5 kg or more

Be sure to remove batteries, fluorescent lamps, etc., and put them out once a month on the "hazardous materials" day.

Procedure for disposing of oversized garbage

Regarding oversized garbage collection reservations, we will start accepting reservations over the Internet in addition to the conventional telephone reception.
Currently, due to the influence of the new coronavirus infection, the amount of time spent at home is increasing, and the reception of oversized garbage is concentrated. Please use the Internet reception positively to solve the congestion of the telephone reception.

Step 1 Collection reservation

(1) Internet reservation

Please apply from the Inagi City Oversized Garbage Internet Reception Page .
Reception hours: 24 hours a day, every day (except during regular maintenance)
(Application procedure)

  1. Please be sure to read the precautions on the Internet reception page before applying.
  2. Start the application from the "Apply" button at the bottom of the Internet reception page.
  3. When you enter your email address and press the "Apply for Oversized Garbage Collection" button, an email with a new reception URL will be sent to the email address you entered.
  4. Access the URL provided in the email and enter the applicant information, discharge location, item, and collection date.
  5. Please confirm that there are no errors in the entered information on the application confirmation screen, and then apply.
  6. You will receive an e-mail "notification of acceptance".
  7. The day before the collection day, you will receive a "Notice of the day before collection" email.
  8. Affix the oversized garbage disposal ticket to the item, and dispose of the garbage at the designated disposal site.

We will notify you by e-mail of the application, content change, cancellation, notice of the day before the reservation, etc.

This is a send-only e-mail, so even if you reply, you cannot apply, change the content, or cancel the e-mail.

(2) Telephone reservation

Please apply to the Oversized Garbage Collection Center.
Phone number 042-370-5505
Reception hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays)
Once the reception is complete, we will inform you of the collection date, amount and number of "Inagi City Oversized Garbage Disposal Tickets" required.
Please have a note ready.
Note 1: If it is difficult to connect to the phone, please use the online reservation or contact the Life Environment Division Garbage and Recycling Section (phone number 042-378-2111). may be difficult).
Note 2: Please apply by facsimile (042-378-9015) outside reception hours. When applying, please specify (1) subject, (2) address, (3) name, (4) phone number, and (5) item, size, weight, and quantity. We will reply by facsimile on the next business day (excluding holidays).
Note 3: Depending on the reservation status, it may take about two weeks until the collection date, so please apply with plenty of time to spare.

Step 2 Purchasing an “Inagi City Oversized Garbage Disposal Ticket”

Please purchase the necessary number of "Inagi City Oversized Garbage Disposal Tickets" that you were informed of when you completed your collection reservation at a store near you.

Step 3 Discharge of "Oversized Garbage"

Attach the "Inagi City Oversized Garbage Disposal Ticket" and take it out to the disposal site by noon on the scheduled collection day.
Please write your name or reception number in the name column of the oversized garbage disposal ticket.
Note: The reception number is the number notified from the reception collection center when the collection reservation is completed.
Note: If you want to change or cancel items to be put out, be sure to call the "Oversized Garbage Reception and Collection Center" by the day before the reserved collection day.

Oversized Garbage Carry-out Service

We provide a bulky waste removal service for households with seniors aged 65 and over who have difficulty disposing of oversized waste at designated disposal sites, or households with physical disabilities of level 4 or above.
