Reception hours: 24 hours/every day (excluding regular maintenance)

We will notify you via email of any changes, cancellations, or notifications made the day before the reservation.

This is a send-only email, so even if you reply, you will not be able to apply, change the details, or cancel your application.

1.Please be sure to read the notes on the online reception page before applying.
2. Start your application by clicking the "Apply" button at the bottom of the online reception page.
3. Enter your email address and press the "Apply for bulky waste collection" button. An email with a new reception URL will be sent to the email address you entered.
4. Access the URL provided in the email and enter applicant information, disposal location, item, and collection date.
5. On the application confirmation screen, confirm that the information you entered is correct and then apply.
6. You will receive a "Reception Completion Notification" email.
7.The day before the collection day, you will receive a ``Notification of the day before the collection day'' email.
8. Attach the oversized garbage disposal ticket to the item and dispose of the garbage at the designated disposal area.
