The city has concluded an agreement with Lynette Japan Recycle Co., Ltd., a nationally-certified business operator, and is now able to dispose of over 400 types of small electronic devices, mainly personal computers, by courier service.
PCs contain precious metals such as rare metals, so please cooperate with recycling.

From October 1, 2003, collection by maker of personal computer, personal computer display began newly based on "resources effective utilization promotion law".
Computers and computer displays cannot be collected by the city.

Apply to each manufacturer and collect via the nearest post office.
For home-made personal computers, discontinued manufacturers, and those imported from overseas, please apply to the Personal Computer 3R Promotion Center.

For items with a "PC recycling mark" purchased after October 1, 2003, collection, transport and recycling fees will be borne at the time of purchase.

For items purchased by September 30, 2003, and items without the PC recycling mark, you will be required to pay the fee when you dispose of them. Prices are set and announced by each manufacturer, but the standard prices are as follows.

Note 1: Consumption tax is required separately.
Note 2: This fee is determined by each manufacturer. Some prices may vary.
