Rental of Ultrasonic Cat Damage Reduction Devices

For those troubled by cat feces and urine, we offer a free rental of ultrasonic cat damage reduction devices.
Note: Due to individual differences among cats, the effectiveness may vary.

Eligible Borrowers

Those who are 20 years old or older and meet any of the following criteria

• Residents of the city
• Representatives of individuals, corporations, or other organizations that have an office or business location in the city

Loan Period

Within 14 days from the day after the loan is received
Note: If the last day of the loan period is not a business day (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), please return it by the next business day.

Loan Procedures

Advance Reservation

Reservation method: Please make a reservation by phone or at the Living Environment Division counter.
Reception hours: From 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays)
Special notes: If there are many reservations, we will contact you as soon as it becomes possible to lend.

Delivery of Equipment

Collection Method: It will be handed over at the Living Environment Division counter.
Collection Time: From 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays)

Return of Equipment

Return Method: Please return to the Living Environment Division counter.
Return Time: From 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays)

Please be careful

Precautions for Use

• Four AA batteries are required. Please prepare them yourself.
• The usage location should be within the city, and it should be land, houses, structures, etc. owned or managed by the borrower.
• Please do not install towards the neighborhood or the road. Some people may feel uncomfortable.
• Do not install in places where there is a risk of failure, as it is not completely waterproof.
• Accidents and injuries during use are the responsibility of the borrower.

Precautions for Handling

• You must not lend or transfer it to a third party.
• Do not use for commercial purposes.

Equipment Damage, etc.

• Please contact us immediately in case of damage, dirt, or loss.
• Please repair or purchase the same product at the expense of the borrower and return it.
