Inagi City is implementing a project utilizing the share cycling service "HELLO CYCLING". Please make use of it for shopping, sightseeing in the city, or when you want to enjoy cycling!

What is HELLO CYCLING?

HELLO CYCLING is a bike-sharing service available nationwide. You can make reservations and use it anytime from your smartphone. Please check the link below for more details about the service.

Note: Share cycling is a bicycle sharing service that allows users to borrow bicycles from various parking lots (stations) across the country and return them at any station.

Inagi Cycling Map "Inagi Potaly Weather"

Inagi City is producing a cycling map called "Inagi Potari Biyori".

• I want to enjoy cycling, but I don't know where to go...
• I want to explore the shops, but what route should I take?
• I want to go to places I have never been before!

When cycling around the city, please use this as a reference.
We have four courses available, from beginner-friendly routes to more challenging ones, so everyone can enjoy!

Basic Usage Instructions

1. Account Registration: Download the app "HELLO CYCLING" for smartphones (iOS, Android) and enter your membership information and payment method.
2. Reservation: After completing account registration, you can reserve a bicycle through the app. The reservation is valid for 30 minutes, and you can also reserve bicycles from distant HELLO CYCLING stations. Additionally, you can make reservations for the station at the time of return as well as during use.
3. Usage & Return: Unlock the bicycle from the app at the reserved HELLO CYCLING station and return it to the HELLO CYCLING station. If you stop along the way to your destination, please lock it manually.

Payment Methods and Usage Fees

You can use the following 6 types of payment methods.

1. Payment with PayPay
2. Various credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AmericanExpress, Diners Club)
3. Various carrier payments (Docomo Payment, au Easy Payment, SoftBank Collective Payment)
4. Yahoo Wallet Payment
5. HELLO Card (a one-day ride card issued by HELLO CYCLING)
6. HELLO miles (HELLO CYCLING issued electronic money)

Announcements

The Road Traffic Act was revised on April 1, 2023, making the wearing of helmets while riding bicycles a matter of effort. For those using shared bicycles, please make an effort to wear helmets for your own safety and that of your family.
Before using shared cycling, let's review the traffic rules for bicycles again.
