We carried out year-end citywide crime prevention patrol (December 20, 2020)

The Inagi City Safe and Secure Town Development Promotion Council has set its activity goals for this year as ``reducing the number of recognized criminal law offenses to under 250, reducing bicycle theft by 10%, and reducing special fraud damage to zero,'' and is working to create a town where people can live safely and with peace of mind. We are working towards this goal.
Thanks to the efforts of the local community, the Tama Central Police Station, and the city, the number of criminal offenses reported last year was the lowest in Tokyo, following the previous year, and the number of crimes per 1,000 people was also the lowest in Tokyo. It has become the safest and most secure town in the world. However, this year, the number of criminal offenses recognized compared to the previous year is on the rise.
Under these circumstances, with the aim of creating a safe and secure town, the Safe and Secure Town Development Promotion Council conducted crime prevention patrols throughout the city from seven venues in the city. Thanks to everyone's participation, we were able to make it a great success.
