Number of Special Frauds and Amount of Damage

What is special fraud

This is a crime in which a criminal calls or sends a postcard (envelope) claiming to be a relative or a public institution employee to deceive the victim, and then tricks the victim into handing over cash or a cash card, or gets the victim to operate an ATM and transfer money to the criminal's account by telling them that they will receive a medical expense refund (this includes blackmail, in which the criminal extorts the victim from the account, and fraud, in which the criminal takes advantage of an opportunity to switch and steal a cash card, etc.).
