    • 4. It is said that a "Management Council" will be established for volunteer transportation by NPOs, but it is necessary to reflect the opinions of those who will be using the service. 5. System and content available 24 hours via mobile phone
    6. About the Progress After the Establishment of the Designated Manager System
  1. Mayor's Basic Stance in the Policy Statement
    • 1. As the Mayor of Inagi City, who declares a city of peace, I believe that we should clearly state our basic stance of aiming for a peaceful and non-nuclear Japan and world, based on the perspective that "peace is a common wish of humanity." This includes utilizing the "Resolution Calling for the Abolition of Nuclear Weapons" decided at the National Mayors' Association Vice Presidents' Meeting in January of this year, as well as upholding Article 9 of the Constitution.
    • 2. The "Trinity Reform" concerning national and local tax finances has only reduced subsidies related to education, Social Welfare, and the lives of citizens. It has become clear that the aim of the "Trinity Reform" is to retreat the national responsibility for Social Welfare and education under the name of "expanding local authority" and to reduce national fiscal expenditure. It is necessary to reform unnecessary subsidies for public works and to maintain the treasury burden system that guarantees the lives and rights of citizens, while demanding the expansion of local tax resources and the maintenance and enhancement of local allocation tax, in order to truly advance local autonomy.
    • 3-1. I believe that we should continue to expand the Medical Expenses assistance system for Infants and Young Children, but the basic idea is
    • 3-2. Licensed Childcare Centers have been pointed out to have issues such as declining quality of childcare due to high fees and the short-term nature of employment caused by dispatched labor. However, the basic idea is
    • 4. There are concerns about the effects on citizens' lives and the city's finances. To what extent do we understand the current situation and reality regarding the closures? Additionally, how do we plan to respond in the future?
    • 5. In the statement of policy, it is stated that "we will proceed with the formulation of the Inagi City Third Administrative Reform Outline, which will serve as a guideline for new administrative reforms to be undertaken after fiscal year 2018," but I believe that "administrative reforms" that lead to increased burdens on citizens or a decline in services should not be carried out. The basic idea is
    • 6. In the statement of policy, the first characteristic of the new fiscal year's budget is the allocation for urban infrastructure development, including the Nambu Line continuous elevated crossing project and the Land Readjustment Project. Under the new "National Burden Increase Policy" of the Koizumi Cabinet, which includes increased burdens for medical care and pensions, as well as the abolition of the fixed-rate tax reduction, unprecedented pain has been imposed, and a harsh life continues. I believe that urban infrastructure development projects, which are financially burdensome, should be reviewed to the minimum necessary, and that living, welfare, education, and Parenting support should be prioritized.
    • 7. In the statement of policy, it is mentioned that the reform of the Long-Term Care Insurance system will establish new services, but what is truly needed is an improvement in the structure where "insurance premiums and usage fees are too high, making it impossible to receive necessary care services."
