Please bring the seal you wish to register and apply at the City Hall Citizen Affairs Division or at any Branch Office. If you bring a photo identification document issued by a government agency, such as a driver's license or passport, or if you have a guarantor who is registered for seal registration in a municipality within Tokyo, the seal registration will be completed on the day of application.
If you do not meet the above criteria, the seal registration will not be completed on the day of application. We will send an inquiry letter to the seal registrant, and registration will be completed after you respond to that letter.
