This refers to individuals who can become instructors for basic life-saving courses at each school and facility, and promote the dissemination of first aid by independently holding basic life-saving courses at their respective schools and facilities. The main course content is as follows.

1 Course Duration Total 1,440 minutes (3 days)

1. Basic Knowledge and Skills 540 minutes
2. Curriculum Guidelines 780 minutes
   (Guidelines for basic medicine, equipment handling, and emergency first aid necessary for life-saving, etc.)
3. Response to inquiries regarding effectiveness measurement and guidance content 120 minutes

2 Key Guidance Items

Acquire the basic techniques and guidelines for adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) one-person method and hemostasis.
