Maternity Class

In Inagi City, we hold maternity classes for mothers welcoming their first baby.
These classes provide basic knowledge about pregnancy, childbirth, and baby care.

Preschool Children
Residents of the city who are experiencing childbirth for the first time
Note: If you are pregnant with your second child or later and wish to participate, please contact us.

Contents

It is one course over two days, but participation for just one day is also possible.
Day 1

• Discussion on Nutrition and Diet During Pregnancy
• Dental Information You Should Know Because You Are Pregnant
• Changes in a mother's physical and mental state, the course of childbirth, and breast care

Day 2

• Stories about life with a baby
• How to Take a Bath
• Information on play areas and available services in the city
