What is the fixed property tax/city planning tax exemption system?

Based on the provisions of Article 71 of the Inagi City Tax Ordinance, there is a reduction or exemption system as follows.
(1) Fixed assets owned by those who receive public assistance (2) Fixed assets that are currently provided for use or use by an unspecified number of people and are intended to promote public interest (3) All of the city or Fixed assets that have significantly decreased in value due to some disasters (4) Other fixed assets that the mayor recognizes as requiring a reduction or exemption due to special reasons Please contact the Taxation Division for details.
