How to Apply for Group Registration

To use the facility, registration of the user organization is required. Please refer to the usage standards and precautions created by the Neighborhood Association of Momura, the designated administrator, and submit the Application Form for registration of user organizations for the Momura Community Disaster Prevention Center directly to the Seven-Eleven Inagi Momura store (2115-17 Momura, Inagi City), which is responsible for managing the keys and accepting applications. Please note that the Application Form is also distributed at the submission location. The review will be conducted by the designated administrator, so please understand that questions cannot be answered at the submission location.

About Use

(1) Please make a reservation and receive the key at the Seven-Eleven Inagi Momura store.

(2) Reservations can be made until the end of the month two months later.

Note: Please refrain from making reservations, inquiries, or cancellations by phone, as it places a burden on the store.
