130th Anniversary of Inagi Village System Implementation: From Meiji to Reiwa

This year, which marks the transition from the "Heisei" era to the "Reiwa" era, Inagi City also celebrated the 130th anniversary of the establishment of "Inagi Village" on April 1, 2019, which was founded in 1889 (Meiji 22).
This fiscal year, the city implemented the 130th anniversary commemorative project of the establishment of Inagi Village as an opportunity to reflect on the history of "Inagi" that has continued since the Meiji era.
The records of this project have been compiled into the "Report on the Achievements of the 130th Anniversary Commemorative Project of Inagi Village."

The main projects are as follows.

We have created a postcard to commemorate the 130th anniversary of Inagi Village's establishment!

As part of the 130th anniversary project of Inagi Village's establishment, we held a public design competition for commemorative postcards.
From the submitted works, we selected designs that are appropriate to commemorate the 130th anniversary of Inagi Village's establishment and can promote Inagi City, and proceeded with the creation of the postcards.
The completed postcards were distributed starting with the I no Machi Inagi Citizen Festival and at various events celebrating the 130th anniversary of Inagi Village's establishment.

In addition, the quiz competition featured questions related to the content of the lecture, deepening understanding and affection for Inagi.
