Subsidized housing
Subsidized houses must be houses that have undergone earthquake resistance diagnosis using the Inagi City wooden house earthquake resistance diagnosis subsidy system, or houses that have undergone earthquake resistance diagnosis at the diagnosis institution shown below, and all of the following 1 to 5 It is a condition that it applies.
- Private wooden houses or wooden condominiums in the city
- It was built before May 31, 1981 (including buildings built after June 1, 1981 and for which building certification was obtained before May 31, 1981). , the house you are currently living in
- If one building is used for multiple purposes, more than half of the total area of the building shall be used for residential purposes.
- As a result of the seismic diagnosis, the score after the seismic retrofitting is 1.0 or higher for a house that has been diagnosed as having a possibility of collapsing.
- The contents of seismic retrofitting must be in accordance with the results of the seismic diagnosis.

C. Persons who belong to a business office whose business is based in the city and have completed the earthquake resistance training course conducted by the Japan Architectural Disaster Prevention Association (Architecture Act (Act No. 202 of 1950)) (Limited to first-class architects, second-class architects, or wooden architects prescribed in Article 2)
Subsidized person
All of the following conditions apply.
- Must currently own the subsidized housing. However, if the subsidized housing is co-owned property, the co-owner shall have the right of representation based on the agreement of all co-owners.
- The owner of the subsidized housing (if the subsidized housing is co-owned, all co-owners) and all the people living in the subsidized housing (excluding the occupants living in the condominium) are subject to municipal tax. not be in arrears.
Subsidy amount
We will subsidize half of the cost (excluding tax) required for earthquake resistance repair (up to 1 million yen).
Proxy receipt system
The proxy receipt system is a system in which the construction contractor receives the subsidy on his or her behalf.
Using this system, you can carry out seismic retrofitting by paying only the difference between the seismic retrofit cost and the subsidy to the construction company.

Contractor
A person who operates a construction business with a construction business license pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Construction Business Act (Act No. 100 of 1942).
