If you wish to operate, modify or abolish a cemetery, ossuary or crematorium (hereinafter referred to as "cemeteries, etc.") within Inagi City, you must obtain permission from the Mayor of Inagi City in accordance with Article 10 of the Cemeteries, Burials, etc. Act.
For procedures and regulations, please refer to the "Inagi City Ordinance on Permission to Run Cemeteries, etc." and the "Inagi City Ordinance on Permission to Run Cemeteries, etc." (hereinafter referred to as "Ordinances, etc.") and be sure to consult with the Life Environment Division in advance.
In addition, if there are any changes to the name, representative, etc. of a licensed cemetery, you must notify the city in accordance with ordinances, etc.
