About Inagi City condominium fact-finding survey
Updated: March 31, 2023
Survey overview
Inagi City has more than 200 condominiums with approximately 10,500 units. Of these, about 2,700 condominiums are over 30 years old, and are expected to more than double to about 6,200 in 10 years.
As the number of older condominiums is expected to increase, it will be important to understand the actual conditions of these condominiums and work on measures for proper management.
In Motoichi, we carried out [Inagi City Condominium Fact-Finding Survey] to understand the management status of condominiums, etc., in order to formulate an Inagi City condominium management optimization promotion plan and consider measures based on this.
