Regarding Inagi City condominium survey
Last updated: March 31, 2023
Survey overview
Inagi City has over 200 condominiums with approximately 10,500 units. Of these, there are approximately 2,700 condominiums that are over 30 years old, and this number is expected to more than double to approximately 6,200 units in 10 years.
As the number of older condominiums is expected to increase, it is important to understand the actual situation of these condominiums and take measures to optimize their management.
In order to formulate the Inagi City Condominium Management Appropriation Promotion Plan and consider measures based on this plan, the city conducted the Inagi City Condominiums Survey to understand the management status of condominiums.
