Certificate for address arrangement, etc. (old and new lot number comparison table)

We will issue various certificates associated with reorganization of addresses or replotting of land readjustment projects.
In addition, new and old comparison materials are also posted.
Certificate type
Town name lot number change certificate [land]: It certifies whether the lot number of the land is new or old.
Town Name and Lot Number Change Certificate [Building]: This certifies whether the house number and address are new or old.
(Only Hirao district (excluding Hirao Minami Ward) and Wakabadai district can be certified)
Town name lot number change certificate [corporation]: This certifies the new and old location of the corporation.
Certificate of change of address: Certificates are issued by the Citizens' Affairs Division regarding the new and old addresses on the resident card. See here .
Application method
After filling in the necessary information on the application form at the town hall 3rd floor town development revitalization section window, it will be issued free of charge.
Note: You do not need an ID card or personal seal.

Note: For your reference, we have also included a comparison table of old and new addresses, but the counter for certificate issuance is the Citizens' Affairs Division.
