Note: When changing the owner address in the registry (rights section), if the listed owner address is different from the old address listed in the address change notification, the change of address can be proven. In conjunction with the establishment of Hirao 4-chome, we installed and distributed display boards to make it easier to find the address and location of the town.
By installing a display board, it leads to prevention of delays in the arrival of emergency vehicles and misdelivery of deliveries.

With the cooperation of utility poles and general households, we installed block display boards. By installing a block display board, it will be easier to find the local address.
In addition, information on the nearest evacuation shelter is posted at the bottom of the block display board. You can access Yahoo evacuation site information from the QR code.

We distribute address number display boards to individual homes, offices, and shops, and ask them to install them.
Note: Requests to Residents, Business Offices, Stores, etc.
Please remove the vinyl from the surface of the distributed house number display board and place it in a place that is easily visible from the outside.

The "Guidelines for Procedures" describes the contents of the materials sent and the procedures required to change the address.
Please check the applicable contents and use it for procedures such as address changes.
Note: For those who have moved into a reservation area within the Inagikamihirao land readjustment area, a town name lot number change notice is not enclosed. (Because the old lot number does not exist.)
