In Inagi City, we believe that promoting City Administration from the perspective of citizens is of utmost importance in realizing our future vision of a "city surrounded by greenery, filled with friendship and community spirit."

Flow from Reception to Response

The proposals for City Administration received from everyone will definitely be reviewed by the mayor, and will be used as a reference for city management. Additionally, responses will be sent to those who requested a reply.

1. The mayor will first review the content (and provide instructions for responses, etc.).
2. The responsible department will respond and create a response document (such as progress reports).
3. The mayor will check the content of the response.
4. We will send the response.

We will not respond to the following content

• Items without accurate name and address
• Items that clearly state that no response is required
• Content that defames specific individuals or organizations, and content that is contrary to public order and morals
• Religious Activities
• General thoughts on City Administration
• Unclear content
• Profit and PR activities of companies, individuals, and organizations, and similar activities
• Various surveys and questionnaires from government agencies, companies, individuals, etc.
• Repeated questions of the same nature by the same person
• Matters not under the jurisdiction of the city (civil matters, other municipalities, etc.)
• Request for meetings, conferences, and attendance at events with the mayor
• Opinions and suggestions from those who do not reside, work, or study in Inagi City (will be used as a reference for City Administration operations)

• Proposals and opinions for which a response is desired may be edited to ensure that individuals cannot be identified, and the summary may be published on the Inagi City Website.
• The personal information entered in the submission form will not be disclosed to third parties without the consent of the individual who provided their opinions or suggestions.
• We will respond to your opinions and suggestions after investigation and consideration by the responsible department, so please allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks for a response. Additionally, if your inquiry involves multiple departments or concerns new policies or plans, it may take even longer, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.
