The city is creating a Long-Term Comprehensive Plan to determine what kind of Community Development will be carried out in Inagi City over the next 10 years until 2030.

We are recruiting paintings to be included in the new Long-Term Comprehensive Plan booklet.

Painting Recruitment Details

This is the application form required for submission. You can use either one.

Eligibility

Residents, students, and employees in the city

Theme of the Picture

Select from 5 themes (fields)

  1. A town where everyone can shine through growth and learning (Parenting, Education, and Culture)
  2. A town where everyone can live healthily in the community (Health, Medical Care, and Welfare)
  3. A vibrant town surrounded by water and greenery (in the fields of environment, economy, and tourism)
  4. A safe city where everyone can live comfortably and with peace of mind (Urban infrastructure development, fire services, and crime prevention)
  5. A Sustainable City Created by Everyone (Citizen and Administration Sector)

Size of the picture

Flat works from A5 (148×210mm) to A4 size (210×297mm)

  • Note) We do not require the material of paper or art supplies, but we cannot accept works with uneven surfaces.
  • Note) If you are creating data, please be sure to print it out and submit it.

Attach the application form and send it by mail or bring it in person

You can use either application form.

In the case of mailing, you can send it to City Hall without a stamp by using the form published in the August 1 issue of the newsletter.

Arrived on September 30, 2020 (Wednesday)

Selection Method

The submitted works will be selected by the Inagi City Long-Term Comprehensive Plan Internal Review Committee, with 1 to 2 works chosen from each of the five fields, and will be published in the booklet of the Inagi City Long-Term Comprehensive Plan.

Other Topics

  • The work must be completely original, not including any parts of other works, and must not have been submitted elsewhere.
  • The submitted drawings will not be returned.
  • All submitted works will be introduced on the Inagi City Website.
  • In the publication of the illustrations, names will be listed. For those currently enrolled in municipal elementary and junior high schools, the school name and grade will be included. For those under elementary school age, their age will be listed. If you do not wish to have your name, school name, grade, or age disclosed, please check the "Do not want to publish" box on the application form.
  • (Tentative) The Fifth Long-Term Comprehensive Plan of Inagi City is currently being formulated, and the above theme is based on the recommendations of the Inagi City Long-Term Comprehensive Plan Council.
  • Application forms and drawing paper (190×270mm) are also available at the following facilities.
