Regarding information disclosure/disclosure requests

Information Disclosure System

The city has established the "Inagi City Information Disclosure Ordinance" and is implementing an information disclosure system.
The implementing agencies are the mayor, the Board of Education, the Election Management Committee, the Audit Committee, the Agriculture Committee, the Fixed Assets Evaluation and Review Committee, the fire chief, the Inagi City Hospital Business Manager, and the council.
Anyone can request disclosure of administrative information held by the city. Through this, the city fulfills its responsibility to provide explanations regarding municipal administration, and aims to promote fair and transparent administration and encourage citizen participation in municipal administration.

Request for disclosure of administrative information

Request disclosure of documents, drawings, photographs, films, and electromagnetic records (image data, audio data, etc.) created or acquired by employees in the course of their duties that are held by the city for organizational use. I can.

Billing method

  1. Fill out the required information on the Administrative Information Disclosure Request Form ( Download Application Form: Information Disclosure, Personal Information Protection Related ) and submit it to the Documents and Legislation Section, Documents and Legislation Division. Mail or fax is also fine. If you are sending by mail, please send it to ``Documents and Legislation Section, Documents and Legislation Division, Inagi City Hall, 2111 Higashi-Naganuma, Inagi City, Postal Code 206-8601'', or by fax to 042-377-4781. Invoices are also available at the Documents and Legislation Section, Documents and Legislation Division on the 5th floor of City Hall.
  2. When making a request, please specify as much as possible the administrative document containing the details of your request. If you are unsure, please contact the Documents and Legislation Section in the Documents and Legislation Division in advance.

From 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on business days (mail and fax are accepted at any time.)

We will disclose the following information, with the exception of:

  1. Information that cannot be made public according to laws and regulations.
  2. Information about an individual that can identify a specific individual, or information that cannot identify a specific individual but is likely to harm the rights and interests of an individual if made public
  3. Information such as data converted to be read by a computer from features of body parts such as fingerprints and veins, and numbers that differ for each individual such as driver's license number and passport number.
  4. Information about a corporation or other entity that, if made public, is deemed to be damaging to the corporation's competitive position, business operations, or other social standing
  5. Information regarding crime prevention and investigation, etc.
  6. Information regarding deliberations, etc. in city agencies, etc., which, if made public, may unfairly impair the neutrality of decision-making or give unfair benefits to specific persons.
  7. Information concerning the affairs of city agencies and other organizations, which, if made public, may impede the proper performance of those affairs.
  8. Information voluntarily provided by a third party on the condition that it not be made public.

Method of disclosure

When disclosure is ready, our staff will contact the requester. Please visit the Information Disclosure Corner on the 5th floor of City Hall to view or request a copy. Copies can also be sent by mail.

There is no charge, but if you wish to receive a copy or have it mailed, you will be required to pay the actual cost of copying and shipping using the payment slip.
In the case of mailing, a payment slip will be mailed together with the notification of the disclosure decision, and a copy will be mailed after payment has been confirmed.

Relief system etc.

If it is determined that the requested administrative information cannot be disclosed, and you are dissatisfied with the decision, you can request a review.
When a request for review is made, the Inagi City Information Disclosure/Personal Information Protection Review Board, a third-party organization, will hear the case, and the implementing agency will make a decision based on the results.
