Two days off per week, annual paid leave (10 days for a one-year appointment), year-end and New Year holidays, summer vacation, condolence leave, etc.

Appointment Period

The appointment period is based on the fiscal year, so the first year will be from the start date of employment until the end of that fiscal year (March 31). The appointment for the following fiscal year will be determined based on the results of personnel evaluations, etc.
For employees appointed as substitutes for those on childcare leave or other types of leave, the appointment will be until the return of the employee on leave, even considering the results of the above personnel evaluations (notification regarding the appointment period will be made at the beginning of the fiscal year).
In addition, all positions have a one-month conditional probationary period (the working conditions will be the same as those at the time of formal appointment).
