Q&A overview

Contents of question Answer
[About Nagamine Sports Square]
It's a very nice facility, but there's no place to take photos before exercising. I would like to create such a place, even if it is small.
Due to space limitations, a place to warm up before exercise is not currently included in the plan. However, a running track will be built around the grounds. We would like to hear your opinions as the facilities are completed and used.
[About JR underpass]
I would like to see a community center for the Tsukado area built under the viaduct.
As a result of discussions with JR, a plan for the use of the area under the elevated tracks was decided. In conjunction with the opinions received from the city, we have secured a space to create a community center for Tsukado, including a warehouse for the Silver Human Resources Center and a kitchen for the meal delivery service.
However, due to JR's terms and conditions, NPOs and other organizations cannot rent the land for free, so the city will likely rent the land, build a building, and then rent it out to each organization. We would like to continue discussing the form of land use in the future.
[About dangerous areas]
The trees that grow in the Misawa River grow quickly and become large quickly, so when it rains heavily, they block the flow of water and become dangerous.
We will submit a request to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, which is in charge of managing the dangerous areas of the Misawa River.
[About disaster prevention administrative radio]
I can't hear the disaster prevention administrative radio.
We encourage you to make use of the disaster prevention administrative radio broadcasts as they are communicated through email and telephone services. In addition, in the event of a large-scale disaster, area mail will be sent to the target area all at once, so please be sure to check.
[About safety measures]
During the heavy rain the other day, I was notified of the danger by email, but even though I knew it was dangerous, I didn't know what to do. Also, at such times, does the city go around checking the safety of dangerous areas within the city?
First of all, please check the disaster prevention map etc. in advance to see what kind of dangers there are in the area where you live. In addition, we would like you to participate in local disaster prevention drills, confirm your actions in the event of a disaster, and prepare.
When evacuation orders are issued during a disaster, efforts will be made to publicize the information so that each person is informed.
Furthermore, in the event of a typhoon or heavy rain, staff members always visit the site to inspect and confirm dangerous areas. We also carry out preventive patrols outside of times of disaster.
[About dangerous areas]
Regarding the Fureai Children's Square, it is dangerous because some users enter and exit through gaps in the fence. In addition, users park their bicycles on the road, obstructing traffic.
Report this to the relevant department and see if it can be improved.
