[About development status] It seems that the TV Asahi building will be built, but what kind of building will it be? |
A land contract was signed in February last year, and the land was handed over from UR City Renaissance to TV Asahi. In September, a request for preliminary review based on the Residential Land Development Guidance was submitted to the city, and the city is currently reviewing it. In the future, we will instruct TV Asahi to hold a resident briefing session based on the residential land development guidelines. |
[About urban infrastructure development] Please tell us about the status of consideration for the Minamitama Ridge Trunk Line. The other day, a briefing session was held in the capital, but in what direction will the talk proceed in the future? |
In February of this year, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government established a development policy that changed the structure from an excavated structure to a planar structure. The tunnel section has not been decided in detail, but the route will be considered. So far, information sessions and open houses have been held in February and March. Furthermore, a joint liaison and coordination meeting was held to survey the bird of prey, the goshawk, conduct a soil survey, and discuss commercialization. A tunnel review committee was subsequently established and has held two meetings. I also heard that in October, they signed a contract with a road alignment design company. |
[About urban infrastructure development] What will happen to the Sakahama Hirao Line? |
The Sakahama-Hirao Line (Routes 3, 4, and 17) is scheduled to run from Chuo-dori in Hirao to the Wakabadai intersection. A tunnel is currently being created within the Kamihirao land readjustment project area. From now on, it will pass through the Odara area and the west side of Fureai no Mori, and connect to the Wakabadai intersection. The roads being built are divided into three areas: the Kamihirao land readjustment site, the Orada land readjustment site, and the Fureai-no-Mori site, but the west side of the Fureai-no-Mori site is being constructed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, and the road is still being constructed on the site. We are currently in the process of securing the space, but we would like to work with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to complete this part as soon as possible. |
[About the mayor column of the public relations paper] I want you to write more about the mayor's policies in the mayor's column. |
I want to consider it in the limited space. |
[About i-Plaza procedures] I hold cooking classes at i-Plaza, but the procedures are a hassle every time. I was also forced to work around the Lifelong Learning Division regarding procedures. |
i-Plaza is operated under the PFI system, and in order to allow everyone to use it freely, we have removed legal barriers and made it available for anyone to use by paying a usage fee. We have created an SPC (Special Purpose Company) and are operating it privately, but if you find that customer service is poor, we would like to hear your opinions. When dealing with staff, you must be kind and polite, and when it comes to consultations, you must listen carefully to the key points and respond appropriately. We will provide thorough guidance to ensure that there is no such thing as so-called back-and-forth, and that we strive to respond in a kind and courteous manner. |
[About the city master plan] Regarding the area around Wakabadai Station, wording was added to consider the upper limit of the building in the revision of the master plan, but what is the status of the review? |
The same question was asked at last year's town meeting, and the department in charge answered it, but there have been no changes since then. Urban master plans and district plans are considered over a certain period of time, so it is not possible to immediately reflect the opinions received, but we would like to incorporate various opinions over a long period of time. |
