- invoice
- delivery slip
- Payment account transfer request form
Note: As before, you can also submit documents with your seal affixed.
Applicable date
Applicable to applications submitted on April 1, 2020.
(If the request date is before March 31, Reiwa 6, a seal is required.)
Things to keep in mind
- If a seal is required on an invoice or other document based on laws and regulations, the seal cannot be omitted.
- When making a request or receipt delegation, the affixing of a seal to the invoice etc. cannot be omitted (except in the case of a signature).
- In order to verify the authenticity of your invoice, we may ask you to verify your identity at the time of submission and/or confirm the details of your invoice by telephone.
- We may continue to require a seal in cases where there is no alternative means of verifying identity or ensuring authenticity, or where omitting a seal would increase the burden on citizens.
