The Hino Branch of the Tokyo Certified Public Tax Accountants Association will be holding a free tax return consultation for the following individuals:
Please note that in order to reduce congestion, admission will be limited to those who have applied in advance or who have a numbered ticket for admission on the day .
Please apply in advance using the form below.
Note: Those who do not apply in advance or obtain a numbered ticket on the day will not be able to enter the consultation venue or submit their tax return.

Note: Those receiving a medical expense deduction must attach a "Medical Expense Deduction Statement" . When visiting, please prepare and bring your statement with you.

Precautions etc.

• There will be no corner for submitting and distributing tax returns, etc. for those who do not apply in advance and do not receive consultation.
• Declaration forms will be available at the venue for those seeking consultation.
• After the consultation, you can submit the completed tax return on the spot.
• Whether or not to wear a mask is a personal decision.
• Parking is available for a fee.

Inagi residents cannot consult at venues in other cities.
