We will set up a post for depositing tax returns

If you are only submitting a tax return (if you have filled out the form completely and do not need any confirmations or questions about the contents), a deposit box for tax returns will be set up in the Taxation Division (window 6) on the first floor of the City Hall Main Building. Please be sure to put your tax return in an envelope without a stamp and post it there.
(Notes)

1. We do not consult or check the contents when submitting (posting) the final tax return. If you have any questions, please contact the Hino Tax Office directly.
2. Posted declaration forms cannot be returned.
3. The tax office will not stamp the receipt on the copy of the tax return. Please only post the copy you have submitted.
4. The city hall does not stamp a receipt stamp.

From Monday, February 17, 2025 to Monday, March 17, 2025
Note: Weekdays only, excluding holidays

9:00am to 11:30am and 1:00pm to 4:00pm
*The final day, March 17th, is open until 3:30pm.
