Tokyo Metropolitan Housing is housing provided at a low rent for those who are having difficulty finding a place to live.

The operation of the "Tokyo Metropolitan Housing Resident Recruitment Site" that can be applied for via smartphone or computer will begin.

Starting from the monthly recruitment in February 2022 (recruitment period: February 14, 2022 to February 28, 2022), Tokyo Metropolitan Government will begin operating the "Tokyo Metropolitan Public Housing Resident Recruitment Site," where applications for public housing residents can be submitted online.

Notice of Expansion of Monthly and Ongoing Recruitment

Tokyo Metropolitan Government is enhancing residential support for residents in need due to the impact of COVID-19. To this end, we are implementing expansions such as increasing the target households and the number of units available for the monthly and ongoing recruitment of public housing residents.

Distribution of Application Forms

Application forms will be distributed during the application period at Inagi City Hall, Hirao Branch Office, Wakabadai Branch Office, each Cultural Center, and the Welfare Center, as well as at the Tokyo Metropolitan Housing Supply Corporation's Public Housing Application Center and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office (only during business hours).

Around the middle of each month, we recruit young couples and parenting households, etc. (by lottery)

Recruitment Ongoing

This is a recruitment that can be applied for at any time. (There is a planned number of units for recruitment for each residence.)
If the admission qualification review proceeds smoothly, you can move in approximately 3 months after applying at the earliest.
There will be no lottery.
