Inagi City Social Contribution Activity Promotion Subsidy System

System overview

Based on the results of the citizen activity point system, this subsidy will be used to support the launch of new businesses and the step-up (business expansion) of organizations that contribute to society and receive volunteer activities in Inagi City. By subsidizing part of the expenses, we aim to enhance the foundation of the organization, encourage citizen participation in volunteer activities, and promote social contribution activities.

This is a system that provides a subsidy of up to 50,000 yen to organizations that have activity bases and contact locations in Inagi City and are continuously engaged in social contribution activities.

Target group

Groups eligible for subsidies are groups that meet all of the following conditions.

  1. Specified non-profit activities (non-profit activities aimed at contributing to the promotion of the interests of many and unspecified people) stipulated in the Act on Promotion of Specified Non-profit Activities (Law No. 7 of 1998), Article 2, Paragraph 1 health, medical care, promotion of welfare, social education, promotion of community development, promotion of tourism, science, culture, art and sports, environmental conservation, sound upbringing of children, development of information society, promotion of science and technology, economy Activities to revitalize activities, disaster relief activities, community safety activities, etc.) are continuously performed.
  2. The activities of the group must comply with the "Guidelines for Collaborative Community Development" established by Inagi City.
  3. Having an activity base and contact place in Inagi City, and conducting activities in Inagi City.
  4. The organization must be non-political, non-religious and non-profit.
  5. More than half of the members must be Inagi citizens in a group of 5 or more people.

Eligible business

Projects eligible for subsidies are projects that meet all of the following conditions. However, subsidies for the same project will be granted twice in a row.

  1. A new business to solve regional issues, etc., or a business that is currently being implemented based on new ideas.
  2. The project to be carried out should contribute to the improvement of civic life.
  3. The project must promote the discovery of volunteers for the implementation of the project.
  4. The project must be completed within the subsidy application year.
  5. The project must be planned to be continued even after the subsidy is granted.
  6. The project must not receive subsidies other than this subsidy from Inagi City.

Flow until subsidy issuance

The flow up to subsidy issuance is roughly as follows. We will tell about specific time such as recruitment on city homepage, public information.

  • Application period: April to June
  • Around July: Examination and grant decision (At the time of the examination, we may ask you to explain the details of your project, etc.)
  • Around March Performance report

About subsidy application

This subsidy is a project entrusted by the city to the specified non-profit corporation Citizen Activity Support Center Inagi, which is the designated manager of the Regional Promotion Plaza. Applications will be reviewed by the Inagi City Social Contribution Activity Promotion Subsidy Screening Committee, which is selected from civic groups and academic experts.
