Regional Promotion Plaza is a complex facility designed to promote industry, employment, citizen interaction, support citizens' voluntary social contribution activities and civic activities, and promote the formation of a gender-equal society.

There are 16 parking lots on the west side of the building. Inagi City Hall parking lot is also nearby.
