Guideline about community development of collaboration

We devised "guideline about town development of collaboration" that showed basic direction such as way of thinking and attitude for citizen, social movement group and administration to cooperate and solve local problem.　

In the future, based on this guideline, citizens, governments, and civic action groups will work together to develop communities with common goals, on equal terms, while understanding and respecting each other's positions. .
