What is an Administrative Liaison Officer?

In order to address local issues and implement detailed administrative measures closely related to daily life, the city appoints individuals recommended from each district (including areas recognized by the mayor as equivalent to districts) as administrative liaison officers, who engage in activities.
The administrative liaison officers serve as representatives of each district, collecting local issues and communicating them to the city, as well as conveying information from the city to each region as needed, acting as a bridge between the administration and residents.

Administrative Liaison Officer Coordination Meeting

The administrative liaison coordination meetings, held every two months, report on communications and coordination matters from the city to the administrative liaisons, and the administrative liaisons report issues gathered from the community during their daily activities back to the city.
