We will review evacuation information using the alert level.

The Cabinet Office has reviewed evacuation information based on lessons learned from Typhoon No. 19 of Reiwa Year 1 and others, and in order to make evacuation information using warning levels easier to understand, revised the "Guidelines on Evacuation Recommendations" to "Guidelines on Evacuation Information."
Residents are encouraged to "protect their own lives," while the city aims to "fully support residents in taking appropriate evacuation actions." Evacuation instructions using warning levels will be issued, and to help residents understand the meaning of the information, evacuation information and the actions that residents should take will be provided based on a 5-level warning system.

[Alert Level 3] Evacuation for Older Adults, [Alert Level 4] Evacuation Instructions, [Alert Level 5] Emergency Safety Assurance
[Alert Level 3] In the case of evacuation for Older Adults, those who require time to evacuate (such as Older Adults) need to evacuate from dangerous areas.
When [Alert Level 4] evacuation instructions are issued, everyone must evacuate from dangerous areas.

The city plans to revise the "Inagi City Evacuation Advisory Judgment and Communication Manual" and update the data for the Inagi Disaster Prevention Map. When there is a risk of wind and flood damage or landslides, please pay attention to disaster prevention information and take appropriate evacuation actions. Let's think about disaster prevention regularly and prepare for disasters.
Additionally, as reference information for residents to make their own decisions, we will provide information equivalent to warning levels, such as flood forecasts for designated rivers announced by the Japan Meteorological Agency, river water level information, heavy rain warnings, landslide warning information, and landslide hazard distribution.
