  • In the event of a major disaster, "do not start moving recklessly, wait at your workplace after confirming safety"
  • Employees should prepare three days' worth of water, food, and other supplies, plus an additional 10% stock to accommodate external individuals who have difficulty returning home!

Responsibilities of Citizens, Business Operators, and Schools

Citizen's Responsibilities

  • Discuss in advance with your family and secure communication methods (disaster message board services, etc.)
  • Always keep a mobile phone, flashlight, and other items ready in case of disaster while out.
  • Confirmation of Waiting Areas and Evacuation Sites
  • Confirmation of Walking Route Home

Responsibilities of Business Operators

  • Confirm the safety of the facility and have employees wait inside the business premises
  • Guide users of stations and commercial facilities to wait inside the facility or to a safe location
  • Establishment of Homecoming Rules After Restoring Order
  • Creation and verification of business disaster prevention plans through training

School Responsibilities

  • Protecting children and students and ensuring safety
  • Contacting parents or guardians and family members regarding the safety of children and students
  • Decide on the methods for leaving school, evacuation routes, and waiting at school based on the scale of the disaster and the status of transportation.
  • Cooperation in promoting the stockpiling of necessary supplies for children, students, and temporary residents, and understanding of stockpiled supplies.
  • Creation of School Disaster Prevention Manual and Implementation of Training

Citizens, Business Operators, and the Administration should cooperate and work on measures as a whole society.
