About the Rental of Blue Rotating Light Crime Prevention Patrol Cars (Blue Patrol)

As part of the crime prevention measures, the city is lending out blue rotating light patrol cars (blue patrols) to registered crime prevention organizations in our city.
Please make use of the patrol cars for activities such as community watch.

As one of the usage conditions, registration with the city's crime prevention activity implementation organization is required. For details, please contact the General Affairs and Contracts Division, General Affairs Section.

Note: In the fiscal year 2024, afternoon rentals on weekdays were not available, but they have now become possible.

Application Method

Please submit the "Application Form for Borrowing Crime Prevention Patrol Vehicles" to the General Affairs and Contracts Division on the 5th floor of City Hall.
The "Application Form for Borrowing Crime Prevention Patrol Vehicles" can be downloaded from below, or it is available at the counter of the General Affairs and Contracts Division on the 5th floor of City Hall. Additionally, we recommend making a tentative reservation for the intended usage date and time by phone in advance.
