A citizen-planned and proposed course hosted at the community center: "Learn, prepare, and enjoy! How to improve the quality of life in old age"

Updated: September 19, 2024

Course outline

In this era of 100-year life spans, improving quality of life (QOL) is important for people in their 60s and beyond.
From the elements necessary to achieve this, we selected the particularly important elements of "dementia prevention," "physical fitness," and "financial management," and created courses where participants can learn from professionals in each field.
Please join us for this opportunity to continue to live a healthier and more enjoyable life.
