Inagi Fureai Forest is a youth development facility (free of charge) where outdoor activities and recreational activities can be enjoyed, utilizing the nature of Inagi.

Eligibility

Anyone can use it, whether they are inside or outside the city.

General Open Period (There will be no general opening in September.)

However, please be aware that the opening may be canceled due to bad weather, maintenance work, Sound Youth Development activities, etc.

Opening Hours and Usage

From 9 AM to 4 PM
However, the gates will close at 4 PM, so please exit the village by then.
(Note: Only on October 13 (Sunday) and October 20 (Sunday), the hours will be from 9 AM to 6 PM.)

  • Note: The village may close partway through if there are no users due to rain or other circumstances.
    No application is required for individual use.
  • Note: The personal information on the application form that you fill out when using the facility will be used to contact you later in case of injuries, accidents, or lost items. It will not be used for any other purposes. Please be sure to fill it out when using the facility.
  • Note: Groups of 10 or more must apply in advance. Please check the availability of your desired date and time (contact the Children and Youth Division by phone) and submit your application using the form below at least one week in advance.

Notes

  • Fires can only be used at the tent sites. Please follow the instructions of the manager on the day.
  • Please bring your own barbecue essentials (ingredients, firewood or charcoal, and drinks).
  • Note: The stove at Inagi Fureai Forest is designed for cooking with rice cookers, so it is recommended to bring a barbecue set.
  • Please prepare ingredients such as cutting vegetables at home as much as possible.
  • Regarding the items available for loan, we offer cleaning tools (brooms, dustpans, fire tongs, etc.) and cooking utensils (grilling nets, pots, cutting boards, etc.), but since we do not have facilities for disinfection, please wash them before use. We also recommend that you bring your own tableware, such as cups and plates, that come into direct contact with your mouth.

The items available for loan are as follows.

Prohibited Items

Bringing alcohol, drinking, setting up tents, tarps, and hammocks, fireworks, smoking, insect catching, wildflower picking, entering with pets, mountain biking, karaoke, and other activities that may disturb others

Note: If the opening day is closed due to a typhoon or rain, there will be no phone support as the manager will be absent. Thank you for your understanding.
