Sai no Kami

The Sai no Kami of Inagi City is a traditional event held mainly by the Youth Development District Committee and the Neighborhood Association.
New Year's decorations are gathered in one place and burned, with wishes for good health and safety embedded in the flames.
We apologize for any inconvenience to the neighbors, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Note: Only New Year's decorations can be brought. Please be sure to remove any vinyl, plastic, or wire before bringing them.
