Infants can undergo a health check once, between 9 and 10 months of age, at a designated medical institution within Tokyo using the medical examination ticket.

Distribution of consultation tickets

These are distributed during health checkups for 3- to 4-month-old infants held at health centers.
Please contact us if you have moved to Inagi City after taking a 3- to 4-month-old child health checkup.
