Children can receive a health checkup once every 6 to 7 months of infancy at a designated medical institution in Tokyo using a medical examination form.

Distribution of consultation tickets

These are distributed during health checkups for 3- to 4-month-old infants held at health centers.
Please contact us if you have moved to Inagi City after taking a 3- to 4-month-old child health checkup.
