Notification Method
When your child is around 3 years old, an envelope with information will be sent to the address on your child's resident registration card .
Note: If you are moving for personal reasons, you may not receive the notification. Please contact us at the address listed below.
Reception time
12:45pm to 1:40pm
Note: In order to avoid overcrowding at the venue, reception times will be announced individually.
