Dental health check for 1 year old children

We provide dental health checkups for children who have turned 1 year old.
We will also answer questions about daily tooth brushing and consultations about how to eat.
Target and Schedule
The estimated time for implementation for first children and multiple births is the month following the month in which the child reaches one year of age.

Notification Method
Around the 11th month, a sealed letter will be mailed to the address on your resident record .
Note: If you are moving from place to place due to personal reasons, you may not receive the information, so please contact us using the information below.
Reception time
In order to avoid crowding the venue, we will be offering different times.
(1) 9:30 a.m. to 9:40 a.m. (2) 9:45 a.m. to 9:55 a.m. (3) 10 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
