2020 licensed nursery school/childcare mom usage application procedure

• By mail (Please make sure that there are no omissions or omissions in the documents.)

Note 1: The counter will be crowded, so please come in as few people as possible.
Note 2: The counter is especially crowded between noon and 1 p.m., so we recommend that you use the counter at different times.

• First selection: From Wednesday, November 1, 2020 to Monday, December 11, 2020 (must arrive)
• Secondary selection: From Tuesday, December 12, 2020 to Thursday, February 15, 2020 (must arrive)

Note: Applications will be accepted after all attached documents are received. However, for the first screening, of the attached documents, only the transfer certificate (copy of real estate sales contract, etc.) can be submitted until January 10, 2020.

Please apply by the application deadline below.
As a general rule, we begin accepting applications one month before each application deadline.

1. Nursery School/Childcare Mom Use Application Form and Education/Childcare Benefits Certification Application Form
2. Documents proving that childcare is not possible (for parents and grandparents under the age of 65 living together)
3. Documents that need to be submitted depending on the household situation
4. Documents certifying that you are moving in (when applying from outside Inagi City)
5. Tax documents (taxation certificate, etc.) (for new residents)

The acceptance start date for 0-year-old children varies depending on the nursery school.
On the first day of use, the child must be of the acceptable age at each nursery school.

Please contact the municipality where the nursery school is located, as the documents to be submitted and the application deadline differ depending on the municipality.
When submitting the required documents to Inagi City, please submit them at least one week before the application deadline for the municipality where the nursery school is located.

Based on the standard index table for selection of nursery schools, etc. (listed in the nursery school usage guide ), comprehensively examine the contents of the application form for nursery schools, childcare mothers, etc., and select children who need childcare first. Note: Please be aware that it may be determined that childcare is difficult due to interviews and medical examinations at daycare centers, daycare moms, and kindergarten and nursery school collaboration type certified childcare centers (nursery school functions). Also, if you do not submit the required documents, you may not be able to use it.

The 2020 nursery school/childcare mama use application form and education/childcare benefit certification application form is valid until March 1, 2020, when use begins. If your family situation changes during this time, please notify us immediately. If there is a vacancy in the capacity of a nursery school, childcare mama, or certified nursery school (nursery facility function part), users will be informally selected at the monthly usage selection meeting. Only those who have been accepted will be notified by phone after the meeting.
If you are unable to use the facility due to insufficient capacity, we will notify you with a usage adjustment result notification (unavailable) for the first time only.
If you wish to continue using the nursery school or childcare mama after April 2020, you will need to apply again.
