About afterschool club

3. Training time extension service

The following facilities, which are private after-school clubs, are extending the training time as their own service.

Training fee (guardian's contribution) and payment method

The training fee is a fee that parents are asked to pay for part of the costs necessary to carry out the after-school club business.

The training fees (excluding snack fees and time extension fees) for privately run afterschool clubs are the same as those listed below, but privately run afterschool clubs such as "Gakudo Club Yanoguchi Kodomo Club," "Gakudo Club Kodomo no Mori," and "Hongo Gakudo Club" Club" will be delivered to each company , so please contact each company directly for delivery methods etc.

1. Amount of training fee (snack fee not included)

The monthly fee is 5,200 yen (flat rate) per child.
Please note that households covered by the Public Assistance Act are exempted, and 2,600 yen per month is paid for the second and subsequent children in cases where two or more siblings are enrolled at the same time, households exempt from municipal tax in the previous year, and households receiving the single-parent medical expense subsidy system. There is a system to reduce the amount.
Reduction or exemption of training fees cannot be determined without an application . If you think you are eligible, please apply to the Children and Youth Division. It will be applied from the month following the month of application.

2.Delivery method 

In principle, training fees are paid by bank transfer .

Fill out the necessary information on the city tax, etc. account transfer request form enclosed with the admission decision letter, affix your seal, and complete the procedures at the financial institution designated by Inagi City (listed on the back of the city tax, etc. account transfer request form). please. In addition, please pay the training fee using the payment slip until the bank transfer procedure is completed.

Note: Late fees may be collected if payment is not made by the due date.

3. Easy application with cash card "Pagey account transfer reception service"

In addition to applying using the city tax etc. bank account transfer request form, you can also use the ``Pagey bank account transfer reception service'', which allows applications to be made up to approximately 3 weeks before the due date and can be easily completed using a cash card in your name. receive. 4. Delivery date and calculation method for training fees

The deadline for payment is the end of the month or the next business day if the end of the month falls on a bank holiday. In addition, the deadline for payment is around the 26th only in December. (It varies depending on the year)

If you enter or leave the facility in the middle of the month, it will be calculated as January. As long as the child stays at the facility for at least one day in the month, the training fee will be paid even if the child does not actually go to the facility. (If you are leaving in the middle of the school year, please notify the Child and Youth Division by the 18th of the month in which you are leaving.)

Note: Late fees may be collected if payment is not made by the due date.
 

5.Handling based on notification of closure

The following cases can be treated as closed.
1. If the guardian is able to provide childcare only during the summer vacation period (August) (the childcare fee will not be waived)
2. If the child is ill and requires long-term medical treatment (the childcare fee will be waived on a monthly basis during the applicable period)

2. Ascending and disembarking

  1. The upbringing of the afterschool club is the time from climbing to dropping off.
  2. After-school clubs are basically self-supporting. For the safety of the child, parents and children should check the safety of the climbing and unloading routes together.
  3. After-school clubs do not pick up and drop off children.
  4. It is not possible to climb the mountain by bicycle.
  5. If you are not feeling well, please do not force yourself to climb.
  6. In the event of school closures or class closures due to COVID-19 or influenza, students will not be able to attend after-school clubs even if they are healthy in order to prevent infection.
  7. Please let your child go directly from the school to the after-school club. Also, on school holidays, please have your child go directly from home between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
  8. You cannot go out temporarily during breeding time. If you go to the hospital or go to cram school after coming to school, you will be asked to leave early. It is not possible to re-enter after disembarking.

Note: As the pick-up/drop-off times are managed for each child, we do not accept pick-up/drop-off times other than the designated times due to management difficulties. However, special cases approved by the city are excluded.

3. About communication with family

In case of absence, parents must contact us in advance. If you know in advance, please use the contact book, and if it is urgent, please call. We do not allow children to verbally communicate.

  3. When returning from the club earlier or later than the notification time.

Four. About belongings

The following items are necessary for living in the club, so please write your name on them and bring them with you. (Items to bring differ depending on the club.) Please do not let the club carry unnecessary items such as money, snacks, toys, etc.

  3. Learning tools (only on school holidays)

Please be sure to bring your own lunch on days when school lunch is not provided or when school is closed. Some children do not bring their own lunch boxes because they have made mistakes in the start and end dates of school lunches, so please do not overlook the school event schedule. Please note the following:

  2. Please make arrangements to have your lunch delivered in case you forget it.

6. About illness

  1. Please let us know in advance if you have a medical condition.
  2. If you have a contagious infection, please rest until you are fully recovered.
  3. Please manage your medication (including eye drops) on your own.
  4. If your child suddenly becomes unwell due to fever, stomachache, etc. during the training period, please pick up your child.
  5. In the case of school closures or class closures due to infectious diseases, children cannot attend after-school clubs even if they are healthy in order to prevent infection.

7. about the accident

In the event of an injury in the club, first aid will be provided, but depending on the severity of the injury, the parent/guardian will be contacted. Parents will take him to the hospital. In unavoidable cases (parents cannot come immediately), the club will handle it.

About disaster response
