Application for admission to the after-school club for 2024 (for those who wish to enroll after April 2024)

Updated: April 9, 2024

Digitization of admission application

Starting from April 2020, you will be able to apply for admission from your smartphone or computer. Due to the start of online application, paper application forms will not be distributed in principle. If you have difficulty accessing the internet or are unable to apply without a paper application, please contact the Children and Youth Affairs Division, as we will deal with this on an individual basis. In addition, work certificates and schedules will continue to be distributed in paper format, along with after-school club bookmarks.

Afterschool club bookmark

Paper bookmarks are distributed at the Children and Youth Division (Counter 6 on the 2nd floor of Inagi City Hall), Hirao/Wakabadai branch office, each cultural center, each after-school club, and the Inagi Transmission Base Pair Terrace.

Admission criteria

Children residing in the city who are deemed unable to receive appropriate custody (supervision and protection) after school are eligible to enroll in the after-school club.

Documents required for admission application

Regarding documents common to daycare center applications (such as employment certificates), please save photos and PDF data for after-school club applications, and submit the originals to the daycare center counter.
Grandparents are required only if they are under 65 years old and live with the child or live nearby (within 1,000 meters walking distance from the child's home in Inagi City).
