If there are any changes to your application details, please follow the steps here immediately.

When the guardian's job changes, when the address, name, contact information, family structure changes (living together, divorce, remarriage, etc.), when the admission requirements change, when the child wishes to transfer from the afterschool club they are currently enrolled in, When changing the desired after-school club

If you decide to join the Gakudo Club as a condition of returning to work after childcare leave, please submit a leave of absence (reinstatement) certificate as soon as you return to work. If the application is not submitted by the last day of the month of admission, the admission decision will be canceled and you will be discharged.

If you are enrolled in an after-school club due to job search requirements (only for single-parent families or those who temporarily lost their jobs during the enrollment period), please submit a work certificate as soon as you find employment.
If the application is not submitted within one month from the date of joining or leaving the facility, you will be discharged from the facility.

If you fall under any of the following conditions, you can apply for a reduction or exemption from the after-school club training fee by applying for a reduction or exemption from the training fee. The reduction/exemption will be applied from the month following the application month.

・Recipients of public welfare, 2 or more siblings (in the same household), 2nd and subsequent children in the case of simultaneous admissions, single-parent families, etc. who are eligible for the medical expenses subsidy system (in the desired year of admission)
・Households exempt from residence tax in the previous year

To issue a certificate of payment of the training fee, please follow the procedures here.

If your child needs long-term medical treatment due to illness, etc., and you wish to close the school club, please complete the procedures here by the 18th of the month prior to the month you wish to close. (As a general rule, it is applied every month.)

If you wish to leave the Gakudo Club, please complete the procedures here by the 18th of the month in which you wish to leave.
